- I would recommend the ODBC SDK toolkit. I believe it is included with the
- Microsoft Developers Network membership (level two? I'm not sure). But the
- MSD package is a bargain for any serious developer and since it has the tools
- you might need, bonus. I wouldn't know which compiler is better suited for
- ODBC driver development.
